اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے سابق وزیر اعظم عمران خان اور ان کی اہلیہ بشری بی بی کو توشہ خانہ کیس میں دی گئی سزا کو معطل کرتے ہوئے انھیں رہا کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ادھر پاکستان کے چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے عدلیہ میں خفیہ اداروں کی مبینہ مداخلت کے معاملے پر اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے چھ ججز کی جانب سے لکھے گئے خط پر ازخود نوٹس لیتے ہوئے سات رکنی بینچ تشکیل دے دیا ہے۔

The Islamabad High Court suspended the sentence given to former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana case and ordered their release. Taking notice of the letter written by six judges of the Islamabad High Court on the issue of alleged interference, a seven-member bench has been formed.
